About This Special Issue
Today, the subject of collective intelligence and entrepreneurial resilience seems to have the wind in its sails. Undoubtedly, collective intelligence remains an ideal path and a key factor in the success of a company. Similarly, it is recognized that collective intelligence is a privileged vector to enable resilient companies to implement (Akgüna & Keskina, 2015). However, the capitalist vision of the company poses little to the issue of the resilience of entrepreneurial innovation, assuming that it is realized when the financial aspects of the company are mastered (Mulgan, 2018). However, managerial perspectives suggest that the resilience of entrepreneurial innovation should be embedded in a vision that takes into account two perspectives, including collaborative management and dynamic capabilities (David Teece, Gary Pisano and Amy Shuen, 1997). Following this reasoning, the contributions of this special issue draw on one of the above two perspectives to explore the process of resilience in entrepreneurial innovation in an uncertain context. Thus, there seems to be a need for an integrated approach to entrepreneurial resilience. Starting from a methodological approach, the authors will show how entrepreneurs imbued with collective intelligence, can manage to create or manage companies capable of surviving and rebounding from the shock of the business ecosystem.
The purpose of this call for contributions is to enrich the debate on the resilience of entrepreneurial innovation through collective intelligence in all its facets.
The call is open to empirical, analytical and theoretical contributions around the following four axes:
(1) Collective intelligence and open innovation
